Our practice is restricted only to the High Court and Supreme Court filingsin writ petitions filed against any order passed by an assessing authority, challenging the constitutional validity of any particular provision or seeking any other direction as against the Adjudicating Authority when a statutory appeal is not an efficacious remedy. We also act as local counsel for national law firms across India assisting them in complicated tax matters in the High Court of Karnataka. We are also experienced with the criminal law prosecutions which are launched under taxation laws and appear on behalf of companies and their directors who are prosecuted under these provisions be it for non-payment of TDS, GST or any other irregularities as the case may be.
